Baby Rhino
New Album Marching Your Way September 12!
Get ready to boogie!
Three-time GRAMMY nominee Brady Rymer is celebrating a major milestone in his joyful journey through the world of family music. Marking 25 years of making heartfelt, high-energy tunes for kids and their grownups, Rymer is proud to announce the ambitious release of his second album of the year. His 14th studio album Baby Rhino —a rockin’ companion to Sunny Side Up released in April 2025—will be available on all major streaming platforms on September 12.
Written especially for younger audiences, Baby Rhino is an upbeat, playful eight-song collection packed with imagination, lively musical arrangements, and pure fun. The album’s title nods to a delightful mix-up: Over the years, kids have misheard Brady’s name as “Baby Rhino” and the nickname stuck. Embracing the new kid-friendly tag, Rymer brings his signature warmth, humor, and irresistible groove to a new generation of little fans.
“I challenged myself to reconnect with a younger crowd in these songs, tapping back into the energy of my early days of making music for families, when my kids were little,” says Rymer. “I wanted Baby Rhino to have a soundtrack — songs that would fit in their world and make little ‘rhinos’ everywhere sing, dance, and toot their own horns!”

“The Friendliest Dinosaur” happily stomps onto the scene first as the album’s upcoming single out August 22, with an accompanying music video available September 5. The song is an homage to the misunderstood T-Rex, who is fascinating and a little scary to kids; but in this fun-loving track, he just wants to be your BFF.
From discovering a “Helicopter! Helicopter!” up in the sky, to making the little mistakes of childhood (“Uh-Oh,”) to the thrill of things that go “Up and Down,” many of the album’s songs were sparked by real-life moments and suggestions from fans, turning everyday wonder into singable, danceable joy. Brady also puts his own funky spin on “The Monkey and the Engineer,” a Grateful Dead favorite he’s cherished and performed for years. Baby Rhino is a vibrant soundtrack for playtime, car rides, dance parties, and curious little “rhinos” on the move.
With a career that began in Americana roots and blossomed into the vibrant world of children’s music, Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could have earned accolades, national tours, and legions of loyal fans. Baby Rhino continues the tradition of making music that families can enjoy together, celebrating 25 years of joyful, genuine connection.
